Chi kung forms are designed to promote free and appropriate passage of Chi, working through blockages and balancing the flow with also the movements aiding in the cultivation of Chi. As a form of gentle exercise, Chi kung is composed of movements that are typically repeated, strengthening and stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial, and lymph) and are effective exercises to nurture overall well being and mobility.
